Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Ebbly app and Ebbly Pro, made by Amurot. By using Ebbly you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
What Ebbly is
Ebbly helps you keep track of subscriptions, recurring bills and expenses, and reminds you before they renew. It does not connect to your bank, make or cancel payments, or act for you with any service. To cancel a subscription, you cancel it with the service that bills you.
Reminders and figures are a help, not a guarantee
Reminders depend on your phone: battery savers, disabled notifications or a powered-off device can delay or stop them. Totals and converted amounts use the prices and dates you enter and published exchange rates, which can differ from what your bank charges. Check important dates and amounts with the provider.
Ebbly Pro
- Ebbly Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays until the end of the paid period.
- A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then. Ebbly reminds you two days before.
- Promo or redeem codes, where offered, are redeemed in Google Play and unlock what the code states.
- Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled under Google Play's terms and refund policy.
- If Pro ends, none of your data is deleted or hidden. Only Pro features stop.
- Lifetime means for as long as Ebbly is offered on Google Play for your account.
Your data and backups
Your data belongs to you. You are responsible for your device, your backups and your backup passphrase. Amurot cannot recover a backup if the passphrase is lost.
Fair use
Do not misuse Ebbly or its services: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to break its security, and no automated or bulk use of its sign-in email service.
Brands
Names and logos of third-party services shown in Ebbly belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subscriptions you track. Ebbly is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
Ebbly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Amurot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including charges you did not cancel in time, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Ebbly Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections that the law where you live gives you.
Changes and ending
We may update Ebbly and these terms. If the terms change materially, we update this page and its date, and continuing to use Ebbly means you accept the new terms. You can stop using Ebbly at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.
